Shipping & Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with the products received, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving the products. Please ensure that the return is well packaged and keep all of the documents safe, since we are not liable for products that go missing during shipping.

Conditions of return: All returns must be as new. Models must be sent back in the undamaged original packaging along with all accessories. Clothing must also be sent back with the original packaging.

Cost of returns: We ask that you accept the cost of returns. We can only accept these costs if there is a fault on our part. 
You will be credited as soon as we receive the return package. Please allow for a waiting time of around 4 weeks.

The following processing and delivery times (in days) apply according to the country: 

Austria: 4–6 days

Europe: 5–9 days

International: 7–14 days

If the products ordered are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver them. In such a case we will inform you immediately and reimburse any payments already received.
