How can I order in the PALFINGER shop?

1. Basket

Select the products that you want to order by clicking on the “Add to basket” button. Your selection will then be added to the basket. You can change this selection at any time before submitting your order by changing the number of products, delete the selection by clicking the bin icon “Remove item” or cancel the ordering process. Clicking the “Go to checkout” button takes you to the next ordering step.

2. Checkout

Please log in with your email address and your password if you already have a customer account; otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data are collected, processed and used in accordance with the legal regulations concerning data protection (data protection notice). There will be no other use or transmission to third parties. If you are already registered, you can now select the shipping method. Clicking the “Continue” button takes you to the next ordering step.

3. Shipping

Now check your shipping address. Clicking the “Continue” button takes you to the next ordering step.

4. Order review and payment

Select your preferred method of payment and then check your billing address. You will get an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing addresses and your contact details. Check that all the information is correct and please read the general terms and conditions carefully. You can only proceed with the order once you accept the T&Cs (tick the box). By clicking on the “Confirm purchase” button, you are sending us your confirmation. You are hereby submitting a legally binding offer.

What are the shipping costs and how long will delivery take?

The following processing and delivery times (in days) apply according to the country: 

Austria: 4–6 days

Europe: 5–9 days

International: 7–14 days

If the products ordered are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver them. In such a case we will inform you immediately and reimburse any payments already received.

Can I give an alternative delivery address?

Naturally, you can send your orders to different addresses. To do so, simply enter an alternative delivery address to the billing address during the ordering process. This allows you to send presents, for example, while you yourself receive the bill.

What payment options are available?

The following payment options are available to you for orders: credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard), and direct online bank transfer. All prices are in EUR and already include the legally required Austrian VAT.

Payments by credit card may be subject to a fee from the credit card company. We have no influence over these fees.

Where can I find an order overview?

If you log into your user account, you can access details and information about your current and past orders in the “My orders” section.

How can I manage my user account?

Log into your user account. You can store your standard billing address and several shipping addresses there. You can also edit your email address and change your password.

I cannot log in any more. What should I do?

If you cannot log in, click on the “Forgotten password” link and follow the instructions.
