Complaints
The Customer is obliged to make an immediate and proper inspection of goods delivered. Claims for defects must be made within 5 workdays of being detected and must be accompanied
by a precise description (incl. photograph) of the defect by email to: promotion@palfinger.com. Should the Customer not meet this obligation within the time stipulated, then a warranty claim for such defects is invalid. The same legal implications also apply for defects occurring at a later date whereby PALFINGER shall also be notified.
